Founding Member
Adv (Capt) Pushpa Kumar has over 30+ years of work experience, travelled to 50+ countires on work and practiced law for over 7+ years in the areas of Corporate Laws, Taxation Laws, Civil Laws, Criminal Laws, Environmental Laws, Shipping & Maritime Claims Laws and Real Estate Laws.
Education:
B.Sc. (Nautical Science), University of Mumbai. Bachelor of Legislative Law or Legum Baccalaureus (LLB), Sri Venkateshwara University. Master of Business Administration (Logistics & Shipping), (MBA) Bharathiar University.
As for his credentials, Adv (Capt) Pushpa Kumar served as Founder, President and the Board Member of the Indian Institue of Logistics Society for 15+ years, and one the key Founding Member of All India Marine Pilot Association. He is a member of the The Bar Council of the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderbad, Active Member of Freemasonry in India, L.Thillai No.468, Grand Lodge of India and a member of Rotary Club of Chennai ECR. Rotary International District 3230.
In addition to his legal practice, Adv (Capt) Pushpa Kumar continues to be actively involved in managing his family’s real estate assets. In fact one of his clients once told him "You treat me like I am your mother." Adv (Capt) Pushpa Kumar responded by telling her, “I treat all my clients like family.”

Adv Ibrahim Ahamed J. Along with performing general office duties of the firm, Mr. Ibrahim assists the advocates of Adv Capt. V. J. Pushpakumar with case planning, drafting litigation documents, filing, real estate transactions for the past 9+ years, and practiced law for over 4+ years.
Mr. Ibrahim has experience representing clients on various matters, including M & A, real estate, business divorce, succession planning, settlements/disputes, entity formation, industry regulations and commercial contracts. He has represented clients across several industries. This representation has included clients across the country.
Education:
B.Com, University of Madras, Bachelor of Legislative Law or Legum Baccalaureus (LLB), Sri Venkateshwara University. Pursuing the final year MBA; Master of Business Administration (Logistics & Shipping), (MBA) Bharathiar University.
He is enrolled at The Madras Bar Council of Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry (Puducherry).
Mr. Ibrahim is a devoted father of boy and a girl. He enjoys spending time with his family and his children’s schools as active member of the Parent Teacher Association.
